  Overall the phone is quite good but battery life is a shekocr. You almost need a spare battery or two in your pocket all the time. I can't believe you can't sync Word or Excel files between your laptop and the Mozart (it is a Windows phone right ?? so there must be an as-yet-undiscovered way to do this). Only other problem I've had is that if the phone is turned off it won't wake and activate the alarm (as my Nokia does) it has to be kept on all night which is a worry if the battery is only partially charged. Bit of a shame as I frequently travel and rely on my phone's alarm.
