  This is great. I know that our school has the fduning through Title I and wish they would earmark it for staff development. Even though I've taught for three years, I would welcome a coach at our school. Schools that have on-going coaches embedded in their framework are so lucky! It is so much better than the once-a-year Superintendents Day workshop. On-going professional development is key. Thank you for this post.
