  First of all, congrats! I am lokiong forward to reading Illuminations!There are so many reasons why I choose books. I am always on the prowl for a new read. I always check out books based on friends and family recommendations, but I also love reading blog reviews. I have found so many new-to-me books by reading blogs that I never would have heard of otherwise. But my favorite way to find new reads? Let me loose in a bookstore with an hour (or three) and I read the back cover descriptions. I was gifted a Nook last year, but I have yet to use it. I really love being in a physical store and shopping for books that way.
